Around 100 people are trapped under the rubble of a building that collapsed in the quake-hit city of Concepcion in south-central Chile, the mayor said on Sunday. The building collapsed on Saturday during a massive morning quake that emergency officials say has killed at least 300 people, Reuters reported.
