Crown Prince sends cable of congratulations to Kuwait's Emir

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the Emir permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
