The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to Portugal's President Anibal Cavaco Silva on the victims of floods that struck the island of Madeira.
In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King expressed deep condolences and sincere sympathy to Portugal's President, families of the victims and Portugal's people.
