Quds (Jerusalem), February 21, 2010, SPA -- A US effort to break the deadlock in Israeli Palestinian negotiations toward a peace deal could come to fruition by mid-March with the start of indirect talks, according to Palestinian officials. Arab states are now joining the US and European countries in attempting to bring the two sides back to the negotiating table. Bahrain News Agency "BNA" quoted the Officials as saying that these efforts have intensified since President Mahmoud Abbas announced he will not negotiate until Israel stops expanding settlements in the West Bank.
