Police said they have arrested an armed suspected member of Basque separatist group ETA in northern Spain. The arrest took place in the Basque region of Guipuzcoa, which borders the Bay of Biscay. A Civil Guard spokeswoman who spoke Saturday on condition of anonymity said no further details were available, AP reported. Spanish newspaper El Mundo said on its Web site the suspect was riding a bicycle when arrested.
