The paramilitary Civil Guard arrested three suspected members of the Basque separatist group ETA early Tuesday. The Interior Ministry identified the suspects as Gorka Diez de Ulzurrun, Eder Ariz Lizaso and Mikel Ciaurriz Marco. All were arrested in the three-province Basque country or the neighboring autonomous region Navarra, which is also in northern Spain below the Pyrenees mountains. Several homes and buildings were raided and documents were seized, the ministry said in a statement.
