Bilad newspaper said the conference will be attended by a number of local and international experts as well as academicians from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. The paper said the four-day Forum entitled "World economy 2020," will focus its deliberations on the global economy following the economic recession suffered by the countries of the world and highlight the future vision of the world economy as well as means of restoring confidence on the financial institutions in addition to the issues of energy and environment, protection policies, food security and sciences and technology. "All these topics due to be discussed at the forum are a matter of concern for the Gulf citizens who have been following up the adverse impact of the economic crisis," the daily added.
