Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko rushed to the east of the country on Monday after an explosion in a hospital killed 5 people, according to the emergency ministry. The explosion in the eastern town of Luhansk was caused by oxygen tanks which blew up in a cardiac ward at the hospital, according to Reuters. "Five people have died and three have been were rescued from under the rubble," said ministry spokesman Ihor Krol. "Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is personally flying to the emergency incident," her press service said.
