An emergency official say 21 people have been wounded in two explosions at a bank in southern Ukraine. Emergency Situations Ministry Spokesman Ihor Krol says the blasts hit the offices of the state-owned Oshchadbank in the city of Melitopol Tuesday morning. He says it was unclear what caused the blast and experts and other investigators were on the site. He says five people were hospitalized in serious condition and 16 others were being treated, mainly for glass wounds, according to a report of Associated Press.
