Prime Minister of Bahrain Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received in Manama today visiting Speaker of the Shoura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, Al Khalifa underscored the importance of relations binding the two kingdoms and highlighted their firmness that reflect more prosperity and progress for the two countries and peoples, lauding the prudent leaderships of the two countries. For his part, Al Al-Sheikh expressed thanks to and appreciation of Prince Al Khalifa for the warm reception and generous hospitality accorded to him and his delegation. Al Al-Sheikh said the visit comes within the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his support for further consolidating relations with the brothers in the GCC countries in general and with Bahrain in particular. During the meeting, relations between the two countries were reviewed and matters of mutual concern to the two countries were discussed. Later, Al Al-Sheikh held talks with his Bahraini counterpart Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh. Issues of concern to the two chambers and countries were reviewed during the meeting. The meeting was attended by Saudi ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdulmohsen bin Fahd Al-Mark. Then Al Al-Sheikh met with Bahrain"s Speaker of the House of Representatives Khalifa bin Ahmed Al-Dhahrani. They discussed matters of mutual concern to the two countries and chambers.
