Saudi newspapers highlighted today a number of local, Arab and international issues, including the Saudi-Jordanian summit between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and King Abdullah II of Jordan. The newspapers reported that the summit concentrated on settling Arab differences without any foreign intervention. The unity of Arab ranks can send a strong message to the world that Israel would never continue to behave as spoiled child, if there is a real desire to foster comprehensive and just peace. The newspapers also highlighted the visits paid by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister, to Syria and Egypt. Prince Saud declared that it is high time for consultation and action within Arab framework. Prince Saud"s visits to Egypt and Syria were described as a step to activate the Arab power triangle which Riyadh, Cairo and Damascus are its sides.
