Minister of Justice Dr Mohammed bin Abdel-Karim Al-Eisa opened here today the new building of Court of Guarantee and Marriages. Hamad Al-hoshan, the Director of the administration of information and publication at the Justice Ministry, said in a statement to The Saudi Press Agency that this development comes within the framework of the Ministry"s plans to open more offices and provide them with qualified cadres. He noted that the concerned authorities have been conducting studies pertaining to the recommendations submitted by the seminars and forums organized by the Ministry. The next few weeks will witness series of achievements which will serve the interests of the country, he said. Meanwhile, Al-hoshan pointed out that the Ministry of Justice has enabled women to practice their rights including their rights to pleading and presentation. Arrangements are underway to turn the courts of guarantee and marriages into courts of personal affairs, he said.
