Turkish Airlines has ordered 20 of Airbus SAS" single-aisle A320 jets to expand service on its domestic and regional routes, the European plane maker said in a statement Tuesday. The jets have a list price of $76.9 million each, giving the deal a potential value of $1.5 billion, according to The Associated Press. Turkish Airlines is Turkey"s national carrier, with its hub at Istanbul"s Ataturk International Airport. The airline operates a fleet of 133 aircraft, including 67 Airbus jets.
