The Conference of the Initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on Dialogue and its Impact in Disseminating Human Values was opened. The conference was organized by the Muslim World League. On October 07, 2009, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud arrived in Damascus. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad sign an agreement to evade double taxation and prevent tax evasion on income and capital, between the Governments of Saudi Arabia and Syria. On October 14, 2009, Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior, led the Kingdom"s delegation to the 6th meeting of Iraq Neighboring States held in Sharm Al Sheikh. On October 20, 2009, the first relief plane arrived at Niamey airport, Niger.
