The Minister of Culture and Information, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja has said that the two channels of the Holy Quran and Prophet"s Sunnah (Traditions) have expanded their satellite coverage to Central and South-East Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, North America, Southern Canada, Northern Mexico, Hawaiian Islands and Central and South America. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Dr. Khoja pointed out that the official telecast began in the Arab region on 18/12/2009 and via most world satellites on 24/12/2009 and the telecasts will consecutively continue until completion on 21/1/2010. The Minister noted that the expansion of the scope of the telecasts come within the framework of interest and support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the development of media in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, their propagation all over the world and the access of all Muslims in the world to the two channels of the Holy Quran and Prophet"s Sunnah. --MORE
