Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Riyadh Region received here today Fuat Sezgin, the director of the Institute of the History of the Arab Islamic Sciences of the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany (Institut für Geschichte der Arabisch-Islamischen Wissenschaften). During the meeting, Prince Salman was briefed on the Institute"s efforts in publishing more than 1,400 volumes on the History of Science and Technology in the Islamic world. Dr. Fuat Sezgin is the author of the 13 volume book of the History of the Arabic literature and awarded King Faisal Prize of Islamic Studies in 1978.
