Indonesian rescue workers used a thermal detector to search for victims trapped under rubble after two people died and 12 were injured when a building collapsed near a busy textile market in Jakarta, police said on Wednesday. Seven of the injured were seriously hurt after the building extension collapsed in the Tanah Abang area, the central Jakarta police chief said. Police had sealed off the site after the thermal detector did not indicate any more victims were still trapped, and were questioning witnesses, the official was quoted as saying by Reuters.
