Bilad newspaper pointed out that Jeddah is witnessing today intensive efforts exerted by all concerned parties to alleviate the sufferings of the afflicted people in implementation of the King"s order to mobilize all capabilities for that purpose. It noted that coordination and cooperation among various parties have removed numerous obstacles on the ground, calling also for voluntary efforts from the varied strata of the society capable of effectively contributing to alleviating the sufferings of the afflicted people. On Climate Summit that started its works in Copenhagen, Denmark, Al-Watan, Al-Jazirah and Al-Riyadh newspapers said that the world"s population hope that the UN summit on climate change will reach an agreement that ensures for the new generations a secure future free of environmental challenges and problems such as global warming and other matters that may have negative impact on the earth.
