Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud held here today the annual Hajj press conference. Prince Naif said that during Hajj, Saudi Arabia will not allow anything violating Islamic teachings and highlighted the great efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia to facilitate Hajj. Prince Naif underlined efforts to maintain security in all parts of Saudi Arabia and prevent infiltrators. He did not rule out coordination or contacts between the infiltrators and Alqaeda. Responding to a question on Iranians" statements on Hajj, Prince Naif said, "We hope the brothers (in Iran) will devote themselves to the performance of this ritual (Hajj) according to Allah"s (God"s) orders and teachings of our prophet peace be upon him." On terrorism, Prince Naif reiterated Saudi Arabia"s condemnation of terrorism and called for cooperation among all countries of the world to fight terrorism.
