Makkah Civil Defense put off a fire that glutted a number of restaurants (temporary dining shops) in Mina holy place on the outskirts of Makkah this evening. No fatalities or injuries were reported. Major Abdullah bin Thabet Al-Harthi, Information spokesman of the Civil Defense, said more than eight fire extinguishing and rescue teams were able to contain the spread of fire without any human fatalities or injuries. --SPA
