Oman"s Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, received today Justice Ministers of member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, who concluded their 21st meeting here yesterday. During the meeting, Sayyid Fahd said the GCC, with its shared characteristics and belief in the unity of objective and destiny, had made numerous achievements, including coordination among the justice apparatuses and developing the level of cooperation among the GCC in the judicial field. “The Sultanate (of Oman), under the wise leadership of Sultan Qaboos bin Said, spared no effort in supporting the cooperation with GCC brothers in activating joint efforts. This has been reflected in standardizing the laws and litigation procedures, as well as other judicial fields which are the basic pillars for the comprehensive Gulf development,” Sayyid Fahd was quoted as saying by Oman News Agency (ONA). --MORE
