The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan today signed three agreements upon which the Kingdom offers $ 380 million as a soft loan to the Pakistani government The signing ceremony was held at the Pakistani Ministry of Economic Affairs here, where the three agreements were signed by Eng. Yousef bin Ibrahim Al-Bassam, Saudi Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) who is also head of the Saudi delegation and a number of Pakistani officials. On behalf of the Government and people of Pakistan, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Pakistan Sapteen Fadhl Halim thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its continuing support and standing by Pakistan in difficult circumstances. -- SPA
