A fire raged for a fourth day at an India Oil Corporation fuel depot in Jaipur and the discovery of two bodies Sunday brought the total to 10, officials said. The Rajasthan High Court held a special hearing on allegations the state government has failed in disaster management in handling the fire it has been unable to control, the Press Trust of India reported. The fire spread Sunday to the roof of a building about 220 yards away that houses Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd., a private electronics and instrument company, the news agency said. Firefighters were able to put out the blaze at the private company within two hours, said Ishwar Lal Jat, the chief fire officer.
