The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz has approved the Program of Human Rights Culture Promotion, according to Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Eiban, the Chairman of Human Rights Commission. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) here today, Dr. Al-Eiban expressed his thanks to and appreciation of the King, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier for their continued unlimited support for the Commission. He said, "This is a blessed approval for starting the implementation of this program which is one of the important pillars set by the organization of Human Rights Commission issued by the Cabinet." Dr. Al-Eiban added, "The Promotion of the culture of human rights is a clear example of confirmation of the King"s policy for human rights care, protection and preservation to enable citizens and residents to enjoy prosperous lives in which human values are flourished according to Sharia."
