The Directorate-General of Passports has called on all Umrah performers and visitors to the Prophet"s Mosque from aborad to leave the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after performing their rituals and before the expiry date of their visas so that they shall not violate regulations and be subject to punishment. In a press statement issued today, the Director-General of Passports Directorate Major General Salem bin Mohammed Al-Bleihid said that the Directorate has completed its plan for Umrah season for the year 1430H., pointing to the decrease in rate of overstayers of Umrah performers this year in comparison with the previous years. He noted that this achievement has been due to the support and directives of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, and Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Interior as well as due to the follow-up and constant supervision of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs.
