Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, today strongly condemned the recent Israeli crimes aiming at blaspheming the Islamic sanctuaries in the occupied Palestinian territories. In a statement, Al-Atiyyah said the recent Israeli provocative actions are a clear evidence of the Israeli aggressive expansionist approach targeting the Palestinian legitimate rights. He referred to the recent Israeli violations of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa mosque aiming to alter its Islamic identity.
