Egyptian foreign ministry has urged the concerned authorities and the Egyptian pilgrims to adhere to regulations pertaining to arrival and departure of pilgrims. Mustafa Jindi, the deputy assistant foreign minister for consular affairs, quoted today a source at the Saudi foreign ministry as saying that the Hajj ministry has recently requested to inform the concerned authorities and all aviation companies in the countries from where the pilgrims come to avoid concentration of arrival and departure flights of pilgrims in the last two weeks of the arrival period and the first two weeks of the departure period. Moreover, the Hajj ministry requested reduction of daily flights schedule in a manner that realizes ideal exploitation for the periods of arrival and departure. --SPA
