Egyptian assistant foreign minister for consular affairs Ahmad Rizq has warned the Egyptians residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against performing Hajj rituals without obtaining Hajj license from the concerned Saudi authorities. He noted that the Saudi authorities will take severe measures against violators of the regulations, and the measures may include termination of services of the residents who are detected without the required license. The Middle East News Agency (MENA) quoted Rizq as saying that the Saudi Hajj ministry has been stressing the importance of the awareness of the pilgrims prior to their arrival in the Holy Places and to show them that it is permissible to throw stones at Jamrat at any time and it is possible to spend the night hours outside Mina if there are no enough rooms at Mina.
