1st Arab Publishers Conference to be organized in Riyadh

Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Arab Publishers Association will organize the 1st Arab Publishers Conference in cooperation with the Saudi Publishers Association during the period from 6 to 7 October 2009.
The theme of the two-day conference will be "Publishing Industry Future in the Arab World".
In a statement on this occasion, the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja said that the King's patronage of the conference reflects the leadership's care of publishing industry.
He also said that the conference is an opportunity to enhance the link between the publishers.
