Palestinian President holds meeting with U.S. Middle East Envoy

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas held a meeting here today with U.S. Middle East Envoy George Mitchell on the sidelines of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
During the meeting, they discussed developments in the Palestinian cause in addition to efforts to resume the peace process.
