The National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority (Tanmia) will have a new modern building in Dubai. A contract worth Dh (Dirham) 32 million for building the new premises was signed by Director General of the Ministry of Public Works Abdullah Balhaif and Tanmia Acting Director General Fada Abdullah Lootah. Under the agreement, the ministry will design and supervise the implementation of the project, according to a report of the UAE news agency "WAM". Tanmia is a Federal Government Independent Authority whose main objectives are to create job opportunities for the UAE National workforce, reduce the unemployment rate, enhance the skills and productivity of the national workforce and recommend relevant policies to the UAE Federal Government. Tanmia services are aimed at individual UAE National Job Seekers, employers, students, career counselors, training institutes and Government bodies.
