Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Attiyah congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior and the Saudi people on the safety of Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs, after a terrorist attack targeting him last night. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Al-Attiyah said that such a desperate life attempt on Prince Mohammed bin Naif will not succeed in striking security, peace and stability enjoyed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under its prudent leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, emphasizing that the GCC's member states are standing by the Kingdom in consolidating security and stability as the region's security is indivisible.
