A Kuwaiti woman infected with the swine flu has passed away, bringing number of deaths in the Gulf country as a result of the deadly disease to two, KUNA reported. Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Yousif Al-Nisf said that the woman, in her 20s, had a respiratory system infection in addition to being infected with the H1N1 virus. The woman was in the eighth month of her pregnancy and A Caesarean section operation was conducted, noted the official, adding that the patient was admitted to the hospital on August 12 and was given the proper treatment for the swine flu. This is the second reported swine flu death casualty in Kuwait with the number of infection cases amounting to 1,072, mostly mild.
