Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf appointed Mauritanian PM

The President of the Republic of Mauritania issued yesterday a decree appointing Moulaye Ould Mohamed Laghdaf as the Prime Minister and assigned him to form a government.
During the August 06 coup in 2008, Mohamed Laghdaf also served as the Prime Minister in the government of consensus, which had been formed on the basis of the Dakar Agreement on the fourth of last June.
