NATO says its new secretary-general is holding his first meeting with Russia's envoy to the alliance, The Associated Press reported. Anders Fogh Rasmussen took office earlier this month. He has vowed to make relations with Moscow one of his top priorities. Other issues likely to be discussed at Tuesday's meeting of the NATO-Russia Council include areas of joint interest such as Afghanistan and combating piracy off Somalia.
