Poland's Defense Ministry says a Polish soldier has been killed in an exchange of fire with the Taliban in Afghanistan. The body of Capt. Daniel Ambrozinski, 32, was found early Tuesday in Ajiristan, in the eastern Ghazni province, the ministry was quoted as saying by the Associated Press. Deputy Defense Minister Stanislaw Jerzy Komorowski says Ambrozinski was member of an Afghan-Polish foot patrol of 50 troops that came under Taliban fire late Monday. Ambrozinski was initially considered missing. He is the 10th Polish soldier killed in Afghanistan since March 2002. Four other Polish troops were injured in the exchange of fire.
