Three Moroccans returning from Great Britain and France have been tested positive to swine flu (H1N1) virus, said a statement of Morocco's Health Ministry here yesterday. The patients are receiving medical care at Casablanca and Rabat hospitals, the statement added. This brings the swine flu toll in Morocco to 78 cases treated in special hospital wards. As many as 77 patients have already left hospitals after full recovery. Only one case is being hospitalized and shows no serious signs, the statement noted.
