Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad held talks on Tuesday with Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed of Oman, currently visiting Tehran. The two leaders' talks dealt with scopes of cooperation in different domains, especially in political, economic, commercial and cultural sectors and ways of bolstering bilateral ties, according to a report of Oman News Agency (ONA). They also exchanged views over several key regional and international topics of common concern. The Sultan of Oman arrived in Tehran earlier Tuesday for his first state visit to Iran in response to an invitation extended to him by President Ahmadinejad.
