Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinijad has received a written message from Sultan Qaboos of Oman. The message was delivered to the Iranian President by Abdulaziz bin Mohammed al-Rwass, the special envoy of Qaboos. Meanwhile 'Iran' newspaper reported that the Iranian President had reiterated during his meeting with al-Rwass the importance of developing the regional relations. The Iranian President noted that Iran and Oman are linked with several bonds and confirmed the keenness of his country on enhancing cooperation with Oman. On his part, al-Rwass confirmed the readiness of his country on broadening the scope of cooperation with Iran in the various domains.
