Zimbabwe state radio says a crowded bus slammed into a truck on a stretch of highway notorious for accidents, killing 40 people and injuring another 30, The Associated Press reported. Monday's radio report said the bus swerved to avoid another stationary truck on the southbound highway 80 kilometers (50 miles) south of Harare on Sunday.
