Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the accompanying delegation arrived here on Sunday at the start of an official two-day visit to the United States of America. The Kuwaiti Emir will hold talks with U.S. President Barack Obama on further promotion of bilateral relations and topics of mutual concern.
