Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Sunday Guyana's President Bharrat Jagdeo and the delegation accompanying him with the reception attended by the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. After the reception, the Kuwaiti Emir and President Jagdeo held official talks attended by Sheikh Nawaf, Acting Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and senior officials in addition to the delegation accompanying the Guyana President. Emir Court's Minister Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah said in a statement that the meeting focused on means to develop bilateral relations in all possible aspects, adding that the talks also focused on issues of mutual concern as well as developments in the region and the world.
