Incumbent Kurmanbek Bakiyev had 89.4 percent of votes in Kyrgyzstan's presidential election after a quarter of the votes had been counted, the central election commission said on Friday, Reuters reported. Challenger Almazbek Atambayev, who said Thursday's election was marred by fraud, had 5.9 percent of the votes counted so far, the commission said.
