The Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) announced on Monday that an oil leakage in a pipeline leading to Ahmadi port was brought under control. The leakage was detected on Sunday morning in pipeline No. 1 stretching to Ahmadi port, KPC Spokesman, Khalid al Khamis said in a statement to KUNA, noting that company's teams isolated the line and stopped the leakage. He said at least 250 barrels of oil was leaked. The company has launched an investigation into the incident, he said.
