Prince Saud bin Abdullah Al-Saud, the President of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, said the cost of the economic projects due to be launched by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz tomorrow in the Industrial City of Yanbu amounts to SR 45 billion. He noted that these projects include YANSAB project which will annually produce four million tons of ethylene, propylene, ethylene glycol, poly-ethylene, poly-propylene, and other materials. In a statement to The Saudi Press Agency (SPA), he said the projects also include projects for the Royal Commission for Yanbu with a total value of SR 2.6 billion. "Moreover, King Abdullah will also lay foundation stone for education and health projects," he said. The projects include the second phase of the project of expanding the national company for industrial gases (GAS) which will have a productive capacity of 3000 tons of oxygen gas per day with an investment capital of SR 500 million. "Several national projects which embody the development of industry in our country will be patronized by King Abdullah," he added.
