Seventeen trucks carrying 320 tons of aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Palestinian people entered today Gaza Strip through Karam Abu Salem Port located south of Rafah land port. In a statement today, an official source of Rafah port said that Karam Abu Salem Port was opened for the first time to get aid into Gaza Strip. Karam Abu Salem Port had been closed since the Israeli war on Gaza Strip during last December and January, the source said, pointing out that Saudi aid consists of foodstuffs provided for the Palestinian people.
