Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud chaired today at the Royal Court at Al Salam Palace in Jeddah the Cabinet meeting. At the outset of the session, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques also briefed the cabinet on the discussions, consultations, meetings and contacts he made over the past few days with leaders and envoys of friendly countries including his meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak which took place in the Egyptian city of Sharm El Sheikh. He also briefed the cabinet on the tripartite summit he held with the Egyptian President and Bahraini Monarch Hamad bin Issa Al Khalifah in Sharm El Sheikh Airport's meeting hall and which mainly focused on the latest developments as well as ways of enhancing cooperation. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Moheiaddin Khoja said that the cabinet addressed a number of domestic issues including the King's efforts in promoting national dialogue, and lauded his sponsorship of the forums organized by King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue. --More
