Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare and His Deputy Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz congratulated here today President of the Saudi Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation Brigadier Salih Matar Al Sawat on the successful performance and sweeping of 34 gold medals, 12 silver medals and 2 Bronzes at the GCC 9th senior and 8th Junior Weightlifting Championships, which concluded recently in Al Fujairah - The United Arab Emirates. They attributed the Saudi sport achievement in this competition, to the blessings of Allah Al-mighty and then to the support and care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz and the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier to sport and youth sectors, considering the recent achievement as new addition to the honorable achievements of Saudi sport at the local and continental levels.
