The oil price of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) inched towards the 70-dollar mark Tuesday, the Vienna-based Group announced Wednesday. OPEC's basket price stood at 69.83 dollars per barrel (159 liters) Tuesday, up 0.40 dollars from the previous day, the German News Agency "DPA" reported. The group's 12 member countries pump more than a third of the world's crude oil supply.
