Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Qassim Region, has underscored the importance of upgrading the traffic culture for all segments of the society.
He lauded the media campaign which has accompanied the comprehensive traffic illumination campaign.
This came in a thanking letter by His Royal Highness to the Saudi Press Agency following its participation in phase I of the recently-concluded comprehensive traffic illumination public campaign.
